You Can Have Confidence in our Quality, World-Class Engineering Support
We're committed to providing you with the best possible vibration solution for your needs. We have decades of experience solving problems and selecting the right vibrator for any application.
We want you to be confident that you are making a smart purchasing decision. Our 10 Day Trial Program takes the guess work out of your vibrator selection process and gives you the opportunity to make sure that you get the results you need. Most VIBCO vibrators are available for our free trial program.*
How It Works
It's simple. You explain what you need to a VIBCO Application Engineer who will provide you with the vibrator that we believe will work for you. Then you try it for 10 days at NO RISK - you just cover the freight and any consumables. We're sure that our vibrator will perform the way you want, but if it doesn't — you can send it back.

The Details
VIBCO will supply ONE trial unit for 10 days on selected models. All trial agreements must be authorized by VIBCO and the offer of a trial unit is at the sole discretion of VIBCO. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, to and from the VIBCO factory as well as for purchasing any consumable or non-returnable required accessories or mounting hardware. A 10% restocking charge applies to any product kept by the customer beyond the 10 day trial period, unless otherwise authorized by VIBCO. After 30 days, permission from VIBCO is needed to return a trial unit for credit. All trial units are supplied FOB Wyoming, Rhode Island. The cost of repair for any damage or reconditioning to trial units (other than normal repainting) will be charged to the customer.
Important note for new customers and customers that do not have Net 30 terms: A credit card will be required and charged for the sale price of the free trial unit. This amount will be held as a security deposit while the item is out on trial. If the trial is successful and the unit is kept by the customer, the deposit will be applied to the invoice for the trial unit. If the unit is returned to the factory, then the deposit will be refunded to the credit card provided, less any repair or freight charges.
*Important note: Custom or special units are not available for trial. These may include, but are not limited to, vibrating tables, plate compactors, vibratory rollers, manifolds, and brackets. Any exceptions to this policy require prior written approval from an authorized VIBCO engineer.
