Why do I need new brushes for my electric vibrator?
Because you want your vibrator to last a long time and provide trouble-free operation. The carbon brushes in your electric vibrator will wear over time. This is a normal part of the electric vibrator lifecycle. Checking the condition of your brushes and replacing them when they become worn should be part of your regular equipment maintenance program.
What happens if I don’t replace the brushes on my electric vibrator?
You will reduce the vibrator’s effective life and have purchase a replacement or invest in a repair. Allowing the carbon brushes to wear down to the shunts can cause damage to the commutator or contact surface. Once these parts are damaged, the vibrator will no longer work properly and will need to be repaired or replaced. Find your brush kit part number now
